He's an Ajax staff member and Ajax staff members don't appear by default in the game. That UID is not from the default db but from when you add him using the site's real name fix (or other similar files).

Playing on my laptop and Ithe megapack is just impossible to unzip for me. I left running for 24 hours and it still did not unzip. Is there anyway to download just players faces from, the major European countries and Brazil?

It's impossible to cater for these kind of requests since different people will want different combination of leagues, nations and divisions, plus people move around and get transferred or sacked or retire etc. As you've realized, the only way to do so is to download them manually. That's why we have all the images in a megapack so that everything is captured therein.

Point 11 of the FAQ in this thread explains how to optimise the extraction process.

Hi, hope I'm posting this in the right forum… when downloading the cut-out faces megapack, is it possible to keep the original in game photos for certain players whilst downloading most of the others from the pack? I'd like to keep the team I'll manage, Cambridge United's original photos as they are all obviously in the club shirt and won't be in the facepack… any help would be much appreciated cheers.

It is possible, but the reason why it's not particularly feasible is explained in this post. The process on how to extract images using the resource archiver and have them game-ready has been made more complex for FM22. Steps on how to do so can be found in this post. I think you'll now appreciate why we can't do this for all the teams 😉 

If there are images available online which are more recent and of a better quality than the ones in the megapack, then please upload them on the request forum so that we can cut them from scratch. It might be easier that way, frankly…

Since Daizen Maeda is on loan from a Japanese club, he might well not be added to the official database, in line with the Japanese licensing restrictions. He's attached.

First of all, I have been using this facepack and its amazing.

I have tried to create some face with my new gen players, at first it works fine, and then I realized that with my new adding, only players face has changed, the players icon face remain the same. Not really a huge issue, but as a guy with OCD, I just simply cant stand it. any one can come up with a solution?

The game does not resize a person's face automatically and you will need to create a separate icon for each cut-out face you create. It's quite easy. You downscale it to 18x18 pixels, then widen the canvas to 25 pixels.

That's why the megapack contains two folders, faces and iconfaces.

I have recently been playing Football Manager 2012 and I was wondering if anybody had the facepack for this game, I can't find a working version of it anywhere. Could someone please send it to me if they have it ?

Try and download all the torrent files for this pack from here, and see which is the oldest one which is still being seeded. The megapack is backward compatible, so you can use, for example, the FM15 version in FM12. You'll just have a few extra images for players not yet in the game…

I don't believe torrent files for logopacks go that far back. Tbf, the same point applies for club logos as it did for facepacks, in that they're backward compatible. Moreover, logos are less likely to be out of date, since logos change much less often than player appearances. As for kits, I suspect you'll have to find a kit megapack from way back, but given the time that's passed, I doubt how likely you are to succeed there.

i recently downloaded a retro database from 09/10 on FM22, which I’m very excited to play. 
 

But I find it really hard to enjoy the game without being able to see the players faces.

So I was wondering of there is any cut out facepack available from around this time that I could download?

I doubt such a pack will exist. If you're lucky, you might find cuts from back then on some player's timeline and download them manually 👍
