UPDATE 09/04/2023: File updated to allow Celtic and Rangers B teams to stay in Lowland League for second season.
UPDATE:07/04/2022: File updated to work with new patch. Tested and working fine.
UPDATE: Fixed issue with promoted clubs still playing Alba, Alex Jack and Strathclyde Cups. When club is promoted to the Lowland League they are no longer eligible to play in those cups. Also added reserve leagues, these aren't perfect but will continue to work on them till I'm happy with them. VAR is used in the Premiership, Scottish Cup and League Cup from season 2. VAR in the cups from Quarter finals onwards.
Scottish Accurate Pyramid is available now. Tested for two years in game and works as it should. Teams get relegated or promoted to the correct leagues, i.e Fort William go to North Caley league. Correct Cups added with as much real dates as possible. Some competitions don't have full sets of cup dates released yet in real life so had to guess a little bit with later rounds. North pyramid is now fully functional. North Caledonian, North Superleague and Midland League champions in a 2-way playoff to play bottom side of Highland League, winner gets the Highland League Spot. Under 20 and Under 18 leagues added for lower divisions. 6 development leagues for Lowland league area and 5 cups, all with correct teams. Aberdeenshire League, North of Scotland League, Highland u18 East and North also added with correct teams. West of Scotland D4 and East of Scotland Conference X added but as in real life, no promotion from these leagues this year. Alba Cup, Alex Jack Cup and Strathclyde Cup winners play off in the East, South West Shield for a place in next years Scottish cup. Scottish Cup has been fixed to have correct teams enter.
Any issues with this database, please let me know and I will look into them ASAP.
UPDATE: Found a few issues of teams jumping leagues. This has now, mostly, been fixed. For some reason Upper Annandale always jump to the EOS Premier after season 1. Everything I've tried doesn't fix it. All others teams seem to be fine though. Rangers and Celtic B teams only play Lowland League for one season. Most competitions now have the past winners added aswell.

Hi mate great work as always have you any plans for a version including the reconstruction of tiers 7 & 8 in the east and west leagues that will happen after this season?

Just to ask, If I use this, will it still retain the real SPFL fixtures? I've used another (excellent) Scottish pyramid database but it gives you random fixtures.

I'm looking to see if I can make it work for this database. If not I have a semi finished database that has that reconstruction in place that I will release. I have an idea of what to do so hopefully can make it work.

For some reason it has kicked the real fixtures. It's something I'm looking into and will try and fix.

Cheers mate I can understand it would be difficult what with the conference league teams positioning determining what division they would enter when the divisions become linear.
Even to take the conference tables as they are now to determine teams league positions after reconstruction. Might be worthwhile trading a bit of accuracy to make it future proof.
Can I ask would you consider releasing the glasgow cup as a stand alone?

The Conferences and division x in the east wont exist next season IRL the leagues will reconstruct into a normal divisional style with divisions 1,2 and 3.
This season the top 2 in EOS x will play in the 2nd division next season with the remaining teams in the 3rd division.
James's Database doesn't have reconstruction at this level yet.

Correct to a Premier division then 4 divisions underneath. This season no one will be promoted from division 4 im sure.
It certainly will be much easier for the dB creators when FM23 comes around!!

@Carolina Panthers I am trying to figure out if I can make reconstruction work in this database. If I can, I will post an update. If not, I will make a file available that has the reconstructed leagues in. Similar to what I released last year with Scotlands Future.

Just downloaded, looks good at first glance can't even see the usual mistakes where there are zero reserve teams below league 2 in most cases you've even got accurate U20's and U18's in for the teams that take part in the voluntary leagues for those age groups in the Lowland and Highland wings of the pyramid. Good job dude. Gonna start a save now.

Thank you. I do try to make it as accurate as I can. Hopefully next year will be a lot easier when the conferences in the south are changed to proper divisions! I will have a database out with the next seasons leagues when this season has finished.

City of Glasgow Cup is set to the wrong age group it should be the Old Firm U20/B team and it if the other Glasgow clubs reach the SPFL Premiership.

This file is great, thank-you. The Glasgow Cup age issue is a problem though.
Any plans to redo the file to match the hierarchical structure in the various leagues in advance of the new season?
Guess it is probably too big a task, particularly because new teams need added e.g. Eglinton.
