Only other suggestions I have would be to look at an older kit pack for a 3rd kit or even a 2nd kit if it looks different and add that. But that would take some editing of the config file.
I can't answer about templates but if you have the in game editor you can remove the 3rd kit from the screen.

I think he wants to know if the editor from fm20 or another year will enable him to make the changes. Which wont work!

I have a work around but you need the in game editor. if you have it select edit kit details then select 3rd kit then add. Then click ok. Select the editor again and click allow licensed kits and it should appear.

Correct to a Premier division then 4 divisions underneath. This season no one will be promoted from division 4 im sure. It certainly will be much easier for the dB creators when FM23 comes around!!
