Notice with the new update Derby County are still in administration but the club was brought a few days ago. Do we know if and when this will change?
Because in real life we can sign free agents and players on a 2 year contract with a maximum wage due to the plan were on coming out of administration

Yeah I was wondering this as the players Derby have signed have been added to the club but it hasn't been taken out of administration or had the embargo removed in the data pack

Yeah i downloaded the update yesterday but the players wasn't in there but they had been updated on here, So i downloaded the update today after someone said to try that and it works the new players are at the club. i went to sign some free agents but wasn't able to because it still mentioned administration, Although we can offer 2 year contracts and a max wage limit.
Hopefully this will be updated soon, i've posted the link so they can see the clubs been brought

I'll look into getting the Derby takeover in shortly.
EDIT - Added now, however you will need to remove Derby (and Reading) in the transferembargo.edt and start_in_admin.edt files in Steam > steamapps > common > FM22 > data > database > db > 2240 > edt > permanent.
@mons would it be possible to include this in our Real Name Fix otherwise this will be a persistent issue as they override any extra file I can create.

The extra file removes it but if you do not make these alterations in those files they will override the extra file.

Belenenses SAD has a transfer ban in-game, but it was not applied to the club in real life. It was to Tondela, decision from FIFA

Few posts above explains the reason.
Basically in the lnc/edt files they're set to be in admin, you have to manually remove them from there to make it work, extra files are overridden by them.

A new file called Club has been added to replace England (Club) which you need to delete when you install the next update to make this work. This include financial updates for England, Spain, Italy and Germany following the closure of the transfer window, including backdated debts, reductions to outgoing monthly payments (twelve months removed from outgoing play installments) and updated transfer funds to reflect the latest window.

Clubs promoted to Serie C (Arzignao, Novara, Sangiuliano CIty, Recanatese, Rimini, San Donato Tavernelle, Torres, Cerignola. Gelbison, Giugliano) being in a professional category have Pro status. Clubs relegated from Serie C to Serie D (Seregno, Giana Erminio, Legnago, Pistoiese, Grosseto, Catania, Vibonese, Paganese) have Semi-Pro Status

Having failed Campobasso and Teramo are not in Serie D, Teramo restarts from Group B of the Promozione Abruzzese , while Campobasso has disappeared completely and restarts from Campobasso 1919 which is already in Eccellenza Molise. In Italy when the clubs fail they release all the players, so you can please release the players of these two clubs. Thanks for your attention
