@NATHAN94, the size of the image isn't the largest and it contains the whole body of the person, and some extra space above and beneath him. The image itself is somewhat blurred too, so there is no way that an image like this can produce a cut-out which is not very blurry and pixellated, so there is no point in cutting it. This is all explained already in the guidelines to uploading images and has been explained to you already, so I don't see why we need to tell you this again; please use a little bit of common sense.

I appreciate that good quality sources might not be immediately available for somewhat obscure people but if no decent image is available, please avoid requesting images such as this and wait until such time a better source image becomes available.

Not particularly, but I think a semi-decent cut-out can be produced. Images as poor as this, however, tend not to attract a lot of interest however, but I'm sure it'll be cut reasonably soon.
