It makes no difference whatsoever. A source image is a source image, irrespective of who the person is contracted to. If it makes you feel better, you could have renamed the pack as Ukraine mixpack instead of Kolos, and included all the other images you uploaded individually π
Also, sources like this are ideal for cutting, so why not give them a go yourself and avoid having to depend on others to do them for you?
I recommend using remove.bg for your cuts. It's a fantastic free online tool which does the heavy lifting for you by removing the background in the source image, leaving you to only rotate, crop and/or nudge the collar upwards. It's tremendously easy to use and provides fantastic quality. With it, you can go from source to cut in a couple of minutes for the vast majority of images.

The issue with removeBG site, is that it compress the cut image for me, and the image loses the quality.
I can't download HD images, but if you say simple download button works, and we can use those free version cut images, than I'm happy to contribute

That is precisely why the videos recommend that you crop your images to the area around the face before putting them through remove.bf. That way, the output retains as much of the quality as possible, reflecting in a better cut.
Have a look at the guidelines, particularly the need to have collars in all cuts, and try giving it a go and posting your first cuts in the tutorial thread for feedback π
