Does anyone know why this happens?

I had to add the Treaty Utd logo myself, but it doesnt line up with the other. Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?

The small icon logos need to have extra blank space on the left and right - so the correct image dimensions would be 25x18 or 50x36 rather than square like the full-size logos.
