Dean the current cut-out is 100% definitely of Jordan Nixon who is in FM2013 with that ID. I'm not certain if your cut-out is of the same player, but even if it is it's not IMHO an improvement.

All 3 are cuttable, but you should give cutters a bit more time to cut them - it's not even been 4 days since you posted them.
There is no need to bump them, either, as every once in a while, all uncut requests are collected and put in the teampack request thread.
In short, be patient and hopefully they'll be cut soon.
