Hi team,
I did a beta save and was granted a 15 years old left-back who was already able to play in my first team. I waited for him to turn 16 so he can be registered.
It seems very unrealistic so my question is: was I lucky or is it a bug? RC Lens facilities/youth recruitment not even at top level

I find that the first youth intake is usually very good and you'll often get a player who's very close to first-team level (the next few years generally have less players with the same potential). I'm not sure if SI intended for it to work like thisl; I always assume it's compensating for the real life 15/16/17 year olds in-game not being as well researched or good real-life prospects being underrated. Be sure to update in a few seasons' time, he looks like an excellent talent!

Tbh, I don't think I will keep this save as I'm not sure if I was lucky or if it was a beta issue.
I will start a new career with the same club and see the first promotion I get.
I hope it was a bug because I find the game easy enough not for it to offer extra help…
