I don't think so mate,but I'm not moderator,so Mons is more capable to answer you on this question

If everyone would respect all rules,no re-requesting,removing\editing their requests after they get them done,thread would be clean,that's for sure

Big help is when me or Mons make spoiler with undone requests and write wich pages are included,so cutters and requestes,shouldn't go back and see all mess

P.S:Thank you once again for great work recently

I kind of see your point but what would happen is that the new thread would quickly become close in format to the existing ones. Like Baja said, as long as requesters follow the rules and remove any images which are cut, Baja would then very quicky collect any uncut images periodically, thus ensuring that no images are forgotten about.
