Future Start Date DB - Doesn't Work. Incompatibility?

My apologies if I'm being dense, just don't get something about updating my FM22:
 

I'm trying to get all the transfers up to date from the Data Update - and then also use Future Start Date with it to begin my game in the summer of 2022. 

So first of all, can these two be used together?

For me, they don't work. When I start Career mode, the “Advanced Setup” button is greyed out. And apparently I need to go into Advanced Setup to choose a custom country for Future Start Date to work (from its instructions). If I “Remove All" in the Editor Data Files, then Advanced Setup is clickable again.

If it's not the overlap between Data Update and Future Start Date, then which of these 65 editor files could be blocking me from continuing? The instructions at https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update/future-start-date-database just say not to use any other data files that are incompatible, but there's no list of what's incompatible …

 

@Andriy Mishchenko Only downloading the future start version is enough, that one already includes the data update with transfers etc. 👍

I got AFC Wrexham going now with all their correct recent transfers as of August
