Do you want med to smooth the edge of the head a bit more? I'am using GIMP, but is still looking for a tool that can smoothen the edge a bit. I am using the eraser tool, but my hand is perhaps a bit to shaky :-)

I'd suggest reading the post I linked you to, which has a video on how to use remove.bg and photopea, which is similar to Photoshop and far superior to Gimp. Please use photopea to do your cuts, which will lead to better cuts.
