@HRBFCJames, these aren't quite game ready yet. Take a look at this thread for these guidelines for cutters and video tutorials for some more info on what we expect for from our cuts, with respect to image dimensions, rotation of images, collars and position of face in the canvas. Apart from this one, the others are all too small to be worth cutting anyway, going by what you uploaded.
@Lydia TrashCløwn, good cut but you should take care to avoid the shoulders being cut off before the edge of the canvas (below is another example, showing the gaps between where the shoulders are cut off and the edge of the canvas).
@Lydia TrashCløwn Google often shows linkedin results that are just images that person has liked/shared, so it's worth double-checking before spending time on cutting it 👍

I did find the LinkedIn page, but a lot of pages require you have your own to be able to see anything more than where they were born
