The stage was set for Watford and of all the things to happen. I feel sorry for the goalkeeper - senior debut after Watford's first choice goalkeepers got injured, and he's conceded 2 soft goals.

Still, well done to Hull for getting into the top flight.

Gutted for Watford. My housemate's a big fan and was at the game today so I was watching the Hull match and keeping him updated. Still can't believe what happened at the KC Stadium.

I can't stand Hull. Fingers crossed they get pumped next season.

Football always surprises you. But what an atmosphere. 22,000 fans chanting 'YORKSHIRE' in unison, brilliant respect, all round celebrations.

Loved Barnsley's bench ordering Luke Steele to hang on to the ball in the 93rd minute and leaving it at his feet for the whole 2 minutes. Clayton was dancing on the pitch, players laughing and joking - all because Mile Jedinak had scored to relegate Peterborough. Dream afternoon.

Did you invade the pitch? I was around the dugout when it happened, had to grab a few quick snaps and then stood up with the under 21's as I had £10,000+ worth of equipment on me. Was with the players for the lap of honour as well.

It was pretty special seeing two sets of fans taking the piss out of each other throughout the game, and then come the final whistle they are all celebrating together, having a party. The Barnsley fans even stayed to clap the Huddersfield Town players on their lap of honour.

Barnsley fans will do that - class acts. They stood and applauded to a man for Pedal for Pounds 4. Contrast that with Peterborough's fans, who utterly ignored Alan Boothroyd's 40 marathons in 20 days a few weeks ago.

Awesome day in the Championship, glad Huddersfield stayed up or I could have had a few suicidal mates on my hands

Also the mighty Halifax Town are through to the BSN playoff final next Sunday after a 2-0 win (3-1 agg), hope I can get a ticket!

So what are the chances Jordan Rhodes won't be at Blackburn Rovers next season?

Can see him heading to Spurs or Liverpool.

I can see QPR throwing an insane amount of money at him in order to ensure an immediate return t the Premiership.

Well, that was some day. I expected to see one of us going down, and plenty of post-match punches being thrown around the ground..

I thought we were safe when we went 2-1 up, then within the space six minutes the equaliser came and I thought we were doomed. Small bunches of fans started cheering, Palace had equalised. I'm still not sure if people thought that meant we would've been safe, but we wouldn't have been. All of a sudden our dugout erupted, Palace had scored again. The players stood around the middle of the pitch whilst Steele walked around, unchallenged, with the the ball at his feet. I thought we deserved a point at least, we were the better side in the two games. Smithies pulled off a couple of cracking saves.

Never seen anything like that after the game, and probably won't again. Huddersfield fans on the pitch in front of the away stand, all singing together, applauding each other, whilst our players were partying away on the pitch. A nice touch by Huddersfield by allowing Flitcroft to speak to the crowd after the game. Huddersfield and their fans have massively gone up in my estimations after that, so much so that I even applauded Mark Robins at the end (never thought I'd be doing that).

On the day you were much the better side, especially in the first half. We froze, but still had the sheer firepower of Beckford and Vaughan to keep us in it. Hope we can keep those two, but I get the feeling we'll not be able to afford both.

That scene at the end of Luke Steele just calmly wandering around his box with the ball whittling down the clock was brilliantly absurd. In keeping with the rest of the division tbf.

I think if we stay up we should sign him. Probably not on our radar given he's neither French or has Premier League experience, but he could do a job for us.

I still think the play-off final will be between Watford and Brighton but the momentum has moved against the Hornets given the way they ended and the way Leicester secured their spot.

I hope the same for O'Grady too, but I think we will be able to keep him. No idea why Dave Jones let us have him.

I bet the referee's performance was another highlight for you yesterday?

Yeah, to say our game yesterday was a typical end of season game would be an understatement. Still, much more relaxing than what others had to endure yesterday, although that feeling of elation at the end must have been great.

I don't think a top 6 team will go for him. He was linked with West Ham recently, which may be more realistic for now. If anyone wants him they'll have to part with a fair bit of cash though, excellent goalscorer. Fingers crossed he'll stay, we'd have been fooked without him this season.

You've got to admit - the build-up to your second was interesting. Push in the back, free-kick, fair enough. Surely common sense dictates that you'd wasted your advantage with playing it down the side of the wall when we were asleep and then chipping a pretty dire cross into Smithies' hands. Why he booked your bloke because he wasn't ready for a quick free-kick God only knows. What's the point of a free-kick if you can't use it how you want to use it? I wasn't best pleased when we failed to clear the retake properly and you scored from it. We could debate whether the retake should have taken place until the cows came home. Personal view is that you wasted the free-kick and common sense dictates that the ref should play on.

Can't complain in the end, though. We got level, it was enough, the footballing gods smiled elsewhere (making a nice change), Peterborough went down.

I didn't really understand that either. He wasn't good at all, typical of a 'Premier League' referee in the Championship.

Quite a few good videos on our official YouTube channel.. Clicky..

So Yeovil are going to Wembley then? Beating Sheffield United 2-0 at Huish Park after falling behind at Bramall Lane.

How on earth did we beat them last week?
