Place the “TMC UAE Pro League.fmf” file in your folder My documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2023/Editor Data
Place the graphics folders in My documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2013/Graphics
If the graphics folder doesn't exist, you can create it
