No option to change game start date after downloading databse

The updated signings are there when I load up a save, however it doesn't give me an option other than the selected nations for a later date and start time

You may be thinking of the Future Start Date Database which we haven't released for FM23 because I haven't had time. This is different to the main Data Update.
