Which Stadiums have been altered?
Too many to mention, changes in every league in Europe plus many in Asia, South America, Africa, USA and Australia.
If you feel a stadium which hasn't been changed could be improved, then do request as I may update this.
You will need to start a new game.

Does this work with the new fm patch? I've been waiting weeks to start a new save & want to make sure this file will work with the new patch before I begin. Also, have the Italian Serie A stadiums been fixed?

I haven't downloaded the patch yet so I've no idea. Perhaps you could tell me. I don't think there were any stadiums in Seria A that needed fixed. Although if you think there are then please PM me.

After the patch, it looks like the file will need some work to it. Will release an update soon when I have time.

Please could you have a look at fixing Sampdoria/Genoa's stadium & Parma's stadium (Serie B)?

Updated to fix errors caused by patch 23.3 Plus many more stadiums changed especially in Italy, Mexico and South America.
