First, just because you explain it doesn't matter doesn't mean you're right. We try and avoid cutting images as old as that, and that's because he doesn't really look the same as he did 9 years old, no matter what you say.
Secondly, instead of wasting time arguing, I too can tell you that it's probably better to create more cut-outs. To that, I'd add that listening to feedback and taking it on board won't hurt.
