**NOTE: It is recommended that you select "Add players to playable teams" from the Advanced Options box when selecting your leagues otherwise 99% teams will have greyed out players however this slows down the game speed. If left unticked the game runs faster however there are less players to pick from in-game***
Despite best efforts there will be some strange club movements into leagues not in their region, unfortunately the game itself isn't clever enough to stop this.

The League has as of today 19 Teams
But at the time Dan was creating the file, the league has a total of 20 teams. Harlow Town Football Club just announced during the season that they will be resigning.
The most elegant way would be to change the number of teams in the league. But as far as I know, you just can change the number of teams with the Advanced Rules, but Dan mentioned on another site
I don’t know if the bug still exists. But if so, the only way you could make the file work is to add Harlow Town back to the league in the 23.3 database. Therefore do the following

For some reason the filter wont show any teams when I search for Harlow Town. I search it up and the db finds it, but I cannot add it in the editor.. Help?

The filtering result says you have 1 record found, but weird its not displayed in the list.
An alternative way, is to find some other teams with similar reputation and add them into the league, at least make it work.

HI guys, just wondering if anyone has had the issue where it needs to be verified in pre game editor before you can use the added leagues. I know this is an easy fix by installing the editor but im playing on a shared steam account and it wont allow me to get the editor.
Any suggestions are welcome and needed.

I noticed this too and it was driving me mad, then I realised it's because the creator of this download has changed the name to premier division on the editor file. Which is a strange thing to do. You will need to go in to the pre-game editor and take that change out of the download data.

I've updated and verified - it's a little bit skew-whiff on maybe 5 clubs not being in the ‘correct’ division in T9 (x1) and T10 (x4) - but it works well enough to start a new L10 game at least

love the database but starting out i've noticed that a few teams at Lvl 12 have crazy team valuations and appear to be in the league West Yorkshire League Division One. near enough all the teams in that league (bar a couple which are reserve teams) have £10m+ valuations which i believe must be an error. Its frustrating in part as they are always interested in players that they ordinarily would not be able to afford. Can this be changed on the next update.
