@Alex il Tabaccaio, that's cropped too far from the face. We ask in the guidelines for images to be cropped no more than 2-3 pixels above the top of the head and beneath the chin.
Besides, I think the source I posted, while slightly older than yours, will elicit a better cut 🙂

@Alex il Tabaccaio, when uploading a pack, images should be saved as the person's UID, as stated in the guidelines to uploading packs.
