@mons are photos like this where the player isn't directly looking in the camera fine as long as the face isn't obstructed? 

Ideally, they should be avoided. And if the person has a good recent cut already, then it won't be considered an improvement. But if, like this, nothing else is available, then why not…

Well in Iran apart from a couple of clubs none of them do actual photoshoots and even some that do don't publish them to the public, so I've had to start using creative ways to find photos, such as going through their instagrams or even getting screenshots of their interviews. You take these options away and there's pretty much no way for them to have a pic in game.

And that's precisely why I specifically did not say no to images like this 😉 I even cut it in fact!
