Database Updates not working

Since yesterday the updates are not working anymore. I cannot start a new game with the downloads. I use windows pc. Can someone please help me?

i just did a test, seems fine, 74 files of which 71 are updates

I didnt add the optional sub folder

On the openingscreen I see 23.5 but at the files I get the message that I have to download the DB?
