I'm not talking about the dimensions, but about the aspect ratio. These faces are not proprtionate to what they look like in real life, because they're too narrow. This is most likely caused by the technique used during the cutting process when resizing the image.

I'd suggest googling “maintaining aspect ratio in Photoshop” for a more technical explanation than I'd be able to provide.
