I'm having the exact same issue…

@neverhyrok and @robanthonioj This is actually how it is supposed to look 🤷‍♂️ The base skin is not very well suited for backgrounds. New skin will be released that works much better with backgrounds. My personal preferred skin is any version of flut skin 👍

the city backgrounds megapack does not have a config file, I downloaded the latest update folder to get a config file for it and it seems to be working now.

Well I've just tested it and I get a config file 👍

I've downloaded the packs and extracted them directly to graphics folder as the tutorial says. But it don´t show any pictures.

Im using flut skin because is the recommended by you here

I personally creates a backgrounds folder within the graphics folder and put all the packs in there. but that should not change anything the packs should work also if you put them straight in the graphics folder. have you changed anything? the configs should be outside the images folders.

It is outside 😢 Ill try to delete and make again tomorrow. With skins sometimes I have the same behavior. They don´t appear and them after delete and add again they work!

I'm trying to upload a mix pack of 53 players backgrounds and I'm getting the below error :

Im on fm23 and the background stadium image makes it very hard to see the menu headings on the left of the screen? 

The stadium image border used to stop at the menu column and the menu headings background would be the usual purple fm background but this isnt the case when i load up the game now

Is this a common problem and how do i fix it (if i even can)?

There is a limit of 50 images pr. pack. See if that does not solve your problem

This is a skin issue. Try another skin…. look here for FM23 skins (I personally recommend ‘flut skin’):

Is there anyway how we can use the background stadium pack as stadium pictures in some skins?

The reason is that the background pack is more up2date then any stadium pack out there and so we have the best stadium pics for the users

(same goes for city background pack i guess but dont know if there are many skins that use the city option atm)

There is not a simple answer to that question(s), but I'll try my best 🙂

City backgrounds are in fact club backgrounds and can only be used as that. There are no way of connecting pictures with city id's.

There are two types of stadium pictures: inside stadiums and stadium background pictures. The inside stadium pictures show on stadium views and various other places in the game depending on your choice of skin. Then there are stadium backgrounds that also show on stadium view and as a club background. You can in fact do a lot and switch things around, but that requires that you know how to make configs. We have a guide here and perhaps you can achieve what you want by reading this:

Hehe yeah i had the feeling that it has something to do with ID's and configs! But if you say that inside pictures should work i can try that first!

Okay… other people seems to have no problem with uploading packs 🤷‍♂️ Are they all .jpg? otherwise I have no idea if they are all exactly the right size… Have you tried to upload a couple as individuals? 

One question, is there a possibile to searche which e.g. City Pics in Germany are still missing, without browse and check every single leauge ? 

The pictures are not connected to the city but the club, and are in fact club backgrounds. So all you can do is search for a club and see if it has a city picture. You will for that reason also see that clubs from the same city has different pictures 👍🙂 and thus this the answer to your question is no.

Apologies if this question has been asked but I've downloaded the city pics to go with the dark roger skin, however the pictures act as a background rather than slotting into the picture frame on the club screen. Can anybody help> 

It is a skin issue. Ask the creator of the skin to get the the city pictures working correctly 🙂

Hey, really want to use these backgrounds in game, however do you know if there is an updated default skin that’s been made which you can download and so makes it look better with the backgrounds as ive read in here that the original default doesn’t work well?

Hi Guys If I don't want the stadium backgrounds and just want the picture of the inside stadium on the club profile page is it OK to delete the stadium backgrounds folder?

Hi, dont know if this has been mentioned in this forum or not but Solihull Moors stadium isnt in the pack for some reason but the rest of the Vanarama National teams grounds are.

This is not the way to go about that. Press the contribute tab and upload a picture for what you have found is missing or in need of a update. Just press the “upload image” button.  

Ive never used backgrounds for previous fm until now so i wouldnt have no idea where to put it thats why i put my comment in here, just looked on the contribute page and looks like youve added it so jobs a good en.

i think many times you had the same silly questions - the same silly solutions but i does not get it managed so far:

I tried everything with Flut Dark Skin or SAS24.NOV.

But graphic packs were not loaded at all:

 all the graphics were not loaded! as you can see in the Finder screenshot : the “graphics” folder is present and the pictures in the sub folders as well.

the screen is in German language but you can see that i followed the instructions how to enable all the pictures within the sub folders.

 Please advise what i maybe do wrong. thank you very much for your answers.

Hello All, first time posting around these parts.

I'm starting at a lowly Irish team who have a 600 capacity stadium, there is 1 pic basically of the dugout, Im wondering how i Could possible get this added ? i love the pack always and appreciate the work gone into it, but just something missing from the home screen of Midleton FC without it

I've attached the best pic i can find of it, if anybody could help me out or tell me how
