Every possible job role (including individual views for each coaching assignment) has the relevant attributes and information shown, along with supporting information regarding existing contracts, personality and world reputation. It's practically impossible not to find the very best staff available to you when using these views, even without specific filters.

You will need to extract the .rar using software such as WinRAR, which will give you a large set of .fmf files that need to be in the above folder.
