A brilliant 1st season in the Southern League Premier Central for Leiston, with Jamar Loza and new signing Zak Queen joint on 25 goals. Finished in 2nd and subsequently won the Playoffs after 2 clean sheets in the semi-final and final thanks to another new signing Harry Halwax between the sticks. Overall, 12 new players came in (all free transfers) and 11 left, including wonderkid Albie Armin who fetched a measly 2.2k for the kitty.

Onto the next one, and the victories kept coming. A solid 4-2-3-1 tactic allowed the newly promoted blues to fetch two accolades, the Vanarama National League North and “Izunu” FA Trophy. Another two new signings led the goal tallies, Kenny Coker the supporting Inside Forward getting 35 in 46 and wonderkid regen Attacking Forward Greg Amond getting 33 in the same number of games. An honourable mention must go to Right Full Back Alfie Pinyoun who collected 22 assists in 37 and helped drag us to the double. Overall, 9 new players came in, all for free and only 1 player left (Jamar Loza) who returned to his native Jamaica for a free transfer as he refused to sign a new contract. 13 players went out on loan to ensure the path for Leiston youth was shining. On the board's side of things, the stadium was expanded and the youth facilities were improved, leaving us on (4) Basic Training Facilities and 1 on everything else, terrible compared to other teams in the league but hey, not a chance they will listen to us in the current financial situation.

Season 3, and wow, this was the definition of squeaky bum time. Strolled through the first half of the season except for a disappointing first-round loss to Ebbsfleet in the FA Cup and a fifth-round hammering to Southend in the Izunu FA Trophy. In the second half, the torrential run of games took a big toll on our energy, and we continuously dropped points in easy games. We dropped to 3rd and had to completely overhaul the tactic used and gradually picked up the pace again, finishing the season in 3rd. 2 playoff wins later and we see ourselves lifting the trophy at Wembley with a third promotion in 3 years, placing us in League 2. Greg Amond excelled up front, scoring 34 in 42 games, to put it into context, the second-highest scorer in the league had 23. 11 players came in, overhauling our starting 11 to place it comfortably at a high level in the national league. 2 youth players left and another 3 players cancelled their monthly contracts to seek first-team football elsewhere, and a terrible youth intake meant we have to spend big again this summer. Still no update on the training facilities due to financial problems, however, the board have allowed me to undertake Coaching Qualification B to ensure I have the stats to manage in League 2.

Hello mate, great story, full of successes at the moment, we enter the EFL now. About the save, can you upload it? I see Oldham descending to the 6th division? Interesting challenge to take it back to the Premier League. Is there any more interesting movement like that? And if you can tell me how you created the save, since I am wanting to start a save in the English leagues.

Hi mate, cheers for the interest. I can upload the most recent save and hopefully put a link here at a later date. Also, I used England level 12 by Dave to complete the save and I used logo packs and DF11 Face pack with Newgan manager to ensure every player has a face. If I ever find any player without I add it myself. Finally, before the save, I update the pre-game editor with any notable transfers to the club and then update some stats like team colours, attendance etc in the in-game editor, and finally add 3D kits for every single league above me. Oh, and I also generally don't buy anyone except free agents at the beginning and focus everything on wages. Good Luck!

Surely not, a 4th season and a 4th promotion? Our first season as a professional club and a 2nd place finish takes us into League 1, against all odds. We had to change tactics after an exceptional bit of scouting and purchasing and that seemed to do the job, transitioning to 2 Strikers (1 AF and 1 CF). Many new signings brought the goals with only 2-3 players from last season not getting the axe, and we ended up scoring the most in the whole league with a wage bill 12k less than the average. We started shakily but managed to steady the ship after giving good performances a run of games, however couldn't continue that form in the cups and crashed out reasonably early in all 3. 15 players came in in the summer, and 4 left with 2 going out on loan to aid development. How long will this streak continue?
