I don't think there's any free in game editors, but I'll have a look when I get home in a couple hours

Pretty sure the in-game editor can't, try my second method by downloading from the link, I had a look and think it is possible and it might work mid save.

Do you need to add r- infront of the png filename? Also make sure youre using the xml in the newgen png folder not the faces folder. You may have to open the config.xml with a text editor and use "search/replace" (CTRL + H) to find "/200" and replace with...

Either using the pre-game editor or try the free version of FMRTE (FM Real Time Editor) 

You should be able to download the FM24 sortitoutsi data update, and then set game start to 24/25, as that is consistently updated.
