Good work @Pounard, but a couple of things to keep in mind:
a) It's not so noticeable here (but it may be for other sources) but for future cuts, please keep in mind that the face should be straight-on, rather than slanting or at angle; i.e. the eyes are ideally in a straight line and parallel to the top or bottom of the cut.
b) adding brightness and/or auto-contrast on darker images like this will see them look much better in-game imo 🙂
