every pack is in order - part 9 gives you v9 changes and the rest all follow the same pattern.
Really dont understand your problem with it.

When i click on part 4, the part 6 comes, when i click on part 2, part 1 come and like that. Wrong links in wrong places.

As you can see by the sizes, the folders with "-1" at the end have lots more images in them. What should I do with these?

Delete it all and start again.

I literally did two things:
1) Downloaded the "Complete Pack (2013.9)" from here.
2) Extracted the .rar file.
That's it. I did not have any logos to begin with, so there was no need to overwrite anything. No need for you to be a douche.

I'm not going to debate this, but you have a normal and a normal_1 and thats just not possible with one pack especially when the dates are a month apart so you had a pack installed already - not being a douche either, just sick of explaining the obvious over and over when the instructions are pretty clear and documented.

It's possible if the complete pack that was uploaded here has an error in it. Download it for yourself and see what I mean. The dates are when the images were modified by whoever created the pack.
Honestly, I'm not being difficult here for the sake of being dificult. I know how .RARs work and how to apply packs. I just don't know how to handle the two different "Normal" folders. Do they contain duplicate images? Are the images from one missing from the other? What about the configs? Same questions there.

Delete any config file as they aren't updated with all of the logos.

speaking of nice things....
Update 10 now available in the d/l section
over 1400 new and updated logos from all over the world and I think Italy is now complete except for 1 logo (which I have since found ).
Anyway install as usual by extracting the pack to your Documents\Sports Interactive folder and let it overwrite, or copy/paste it in from your preferred safe location.
