I have checked the guidelines and seems like this photo fits the guideline, could you tell me what is wrong with it so that I can fix it later on? I am so sorry for not submitting it correctly.

It's still a bit blurry and there are no hair details.  By way of comparison, the cut provided by Bastiaans has better quality.

What source image did you use and what technique did you utilize?

I find pictures from clubs Facebook and use ai to improve the quality. I use removebg and photopea to cut pictures.

Bastianss and my second submission are almost the same I guess?Are you talking about my initial submission?

Don't, this is explicitly mentioned in the guidelines, in fact. Using an AI image enlarger just “guesses” what certain pixels should look like when you make the image larger, and the result looks blurry/out of focus on certain details, with unrealistically smoothened skin, and unnatural looking hair/beard/eye/teeth details.

The first cut is RT7's which is slightly better in terms of quality than the second cut (which is Bastiaans). It's very clear how blurry yours is when compared to theirs.

@RT7 @mons

I stacked the Ai photo or photoshop add ons Generative Fill and some  the original photo, with different opacitys, to make it more natural

sometimes I use a pen, to explain (add color)  the color of the pixels at Photoshop

I only do that if the photo is really bad

As above, don't do it. If the source is so bad that you need to use these kind of tools, then it most probably simply isn't worth cutting at all.
