I am unable to find an image for this player in game
(I searched thread and found a picture going back to December last year.....I have the most recent megapack and update, and I am using Belgium as a playable nation and have DB set to large??)

Thanks for that but can you assist why it isn't showing up in game(I also searched the facepack using the unique id and nothing showed up, so it looks like its missing from the pack which is strange as I always keep it up to date)

update...found unique id was in config file, but no pic in with facepack so I added your pic and all good now

Thanks for that Henen is showing up in game now as I added the pic to facepack the entry was in the config file though??? so wondering if the download was corrupt in some way
could someone please tell me the size the full updated facepack should be as mine states-
size-5.74 GB (6,172,818,550 bytes)
size on disk-5.98 GB (6,430,121,984 bytes)
does that sound right or am I missing something(might it be worth re downloading some of the updates if that is too small)

update- re downloaded all facepacks from 5.0 and found this
size-5.83 GB (6,269,173,104 bytes)
size on disk-6.08 GB (6,529,806,336 bytes)
so some images were missing

The size of the folder is not important, the amount of images is. You should have 127,713 images or slightly more. For further technical issues, please post in the technical support thread.
Also, please use the new request button when making requests, it's what it's there for.
