I appreciate good sources might not be available for those somewhat obscure players @amuntche14 , but requesting ones as poor as these is pointless.
I have put these sources because even if they are of poor quality, it may encourage someone to look for more and because I think it is better to have a bad source than none, especially those of us who play very specific leagues, I try to collaborate in this sense. I am sorry if it is annoying.

It's up to you as the requester to find the best possible sources. If the sources you manage to find are not big or good enough, please don't post them at all. It's not annoying but just a waste of time…

I know what you mean, but there's a difference between a poor source which is cuttable, and a terrible one which isn't. It's in the guidelines, in fact.
When the sources are this small, it's simply not worth requesting. I'll try and cut most requests, but only up to a certain point. You're welcome to try cutting yourself so that you can see how unfulfilling it is to cut images as small as this, and how terrible the end result would be.
