Unlimited Loan Players in starting lineup?

Hi is there an add for unlimited Loan Players in starting lineup & use all subs?

It is possible with the pre-game editor. 

• Open the editor, pick the database you use and select rules > add nation rules > then select the nation of the competition, and select add lower divisions and cups to existing structure. For this example we will choose England.
• Select rules again > convert to advanced rules then under advanced rules select show rules for and then the competition you are editing (premier league for me)
• In the drop-down, select fixture times and rules > fixture rules and note the fixture rules index (6 for the premier league)

• Select show rules for and the country again, then in the dropdown select fixture rules and then Rules X (the number of the index) and open the dropdown again, then pick squad selection rules 

• Press add, then in the added column select match squad rules and then miscellaneous and then loan players in match squad

• Change the value to less than 20, then save, then test the rules for your competition under rules > test rules. Then save again and load the .fmf into the game.

 you may also have to change the transfer rules in nation

some nations have multiple loan rule options so make sure you are allowed to be able to sign X amount of loans per season you can stipulate if this is domestic/foreign/any etc
