An advice: Lower leagues (3rd and below) should probably be regional, because travel expenses will create a lot of financial problems (teams will go into negative financial balance) after a few years.

But why there are imaginational clubs there? Like Red Bull Belgrade or Red Bull Osijek? Those clubs don't exist. And you missed some clubs that exist and that should be part of the at lease 3rd or 4th league.

Real club please and put clubs in leagues where they belong, and rate clubs with their infrastructure and quality of players not by national key …this is the last manager of one era, and its good, it will be great if we have one real and good Yugo league, FIrst and Second tier 18 clubs, Third tier was be separated on east and west. four tiers is 2nd league east and west, and five and six tiers can be on regions, that league will BURNNNNN…
