With the announcement of FM25 not having international management as part of the game, I was thinking is there a way to force a team to only sign players of a certain nationality through the pre-game editor? I have been playing with an idea of creating an international league where teams could only sign players from their nationality, but have not been able to find anything other than the preference to sign players of nationality. Preference goes as far as preferences go and often I find teams populated by wide array of nationalities by season 3 even if I populate teams with players of their nationality in pre-game editor.

This is possible with a few teams in the game that are hard coded to only sign their based nation's players.
One example you can use is an extinct team called Bermuda Hogges.

I theorised it could be done with placeholder chairmen/owners/presidents too. For example you'd create a placeholder president called Club Name and set his club visions to only signing players from X. Disable takeovers and change the club's transfer preferences too
