Hi.
I have tried to sort it out, how to add finnish second and third division in to the FM24 game. So far I haven't found any solution for that and so I am asking You in the forum some help to this.
Please help me.

I've tried to find a file, which has this already. I am not familiar with the process that needs to be done to get those extra leagues into game.

Just to be precise and if it is possible I want those leagues playable.

If you have a file for that, place it in the \Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2024\editor data\ folder (or its equivalent) and when you start a new career, choose that file from a list of custom files that shows up on the screen where you choose the Database version etc.
If that file shows as unable to be used (has a ! next to it), then it probably means that version of the file is not applicable with the database version. (There's the original DB 24.0 and the latest one, 24.3).

I know the procedure how to get mods to work in the game. The problem is that so far I have not find the file which has playable divisions two and three for Finland.
I've tried to find a correct “how to” -video from Sortitoutsi channel in YouTube but haven't succeeded yet.

I feel like I've seen that file for FM24 somewhere. I'll let you know if I come across it.
