these are the kits from 23/24, Cottbus, part of Regionalliga is also available here for 23/24

@hammer9 please fix errors in config:
Elversberg - spelling in config is Elversburg but the filename is Elversberg
Gruether - UID should be 2253 not 933 as config showing (933 is Duisburg)
