Whilst I'm here, what's the best way do you think to create the whole aylesbury united squad would it be in the pre game editor and just guessing attributes etc, as some players haven't been in fm for a few years and others never have

I'll tweak the image a bit myself shortly.
Every player has a Current Ability and Potential Ability rating. If you don't set up the individual attributes in the editor for a player, but assign a Current Ability stat, it will then assign the numbers randomly but in a weighted manner. So for a striker, a finishing attribute has a higher weight than for a defender, but marking has a lower weight, and vice versa.
You should check YouTube and Google for some written and video tutorials on creating players.
It may also be worthwhile liaising with SI to become the official editor so that the missing players are added to the squad in the official game, for example. Have a look here if that's something that would interest you.

@WillHarvey, can you upload the original full-size source image using the upload image function? Game ready images are those which have had the background removed, which is not the case for your uploads - so it should be uploaded as source instead.
