He's getting them from the Premier League website, so they aren't large enough. When most of those players have had cuts either in the Euros or for the new season, there's really no point in cutting them again from such inferior sources and then having to tweak them to be any good.
If any Premier League players need to be upgraded or replaced, surely better sources will be available online anyway.
