What's new?

- New player roadmap available to view.
- Updated Juma Bah's current/potential ability.
- Updated most premier league clubs budgets to what it most likely is now.
- Tweaked some LaLiga players release clauses.

- Tried to fix Juma Bah's loan move to Lens but had a bit of trouble. Should be fixed by V5.0.

Players who've recently transferred to/from the Premier League do not have their real life contracts in the game yet (example: Leny Yoro, Savio, Ismaila Sarr, Pedro Neto, Wan Bissaka & More)

I've taken over 500 clubs and divided their bank balance value by 2 to generate what the transfer budget would be. For example:

Manchester United transfer budget went from £1,000,000 to £40,000,000 as their bank balance is £80,000,000.

Some clubs like Aston Villa, Everton, Nottingham Forest & Burnley had a £1 balance, but this has been changed from what their current net worth is now. (roughly)

34 leagues & 600 clubs have seen a change in their budgets, I'm currently working on more but this is only version 1.0 for now.

Sub divisions will get fixed but for now I've focused on the top divisions so far. (Except for England)
