Question, this is not a request, but I was wondering if anyone had done kits for the Swiss, Norwegian, and Swedish leagues? I haven't been able to see any around and if any could point me in the right direction, I'd be incredibly grateful.

I have recently started a save in the Indian I-league but i can't find any kits for that league.

ISL is at FC'12, I-League may come (it is on my long long list of stuff to do, but indian kits are crazy 😀 )

You can check the Work in Progress thread (WIP) to see what Leagues are currently being worked on. Handy reference.
The answer to your question appears to be no. Last few seasons Dutch, Portuguese and Turkish kits have not been made in SS.
They are available in FC'12 style.
