I downloaded the latest data update but it tells me that many players are on leave until 10/6/24 since the career starts in summer 2023 it makes no sense to play it how can I fix this?

Can you please leave a screenshot of an example of a player on leave and your editor data file please? It might be a different editor data file you have

This happens with all teams, not just some in particular.

So, you do have other editor data files enabled?
Nothing complicated at all:
Just disable one by one (or may try a few at a time) and create a new game… The point is to test which one (or more) may cause the issue.

I don't have any other files besides that, with the summer market update I have no problems but with these latest ones, none of them work for me

That's why I thought you also have other editor data files… Well, never mind then.
If the latest update causes the issue, you should see a lot of reports (or complaints) in the forum here.
Since you mentioned that you've tried “summer market update” before, just make a guess: Do you have leftover files in the folder? Those could cause problems… Anyway, you may enable the update files only, or even better, clean up the editor data folder, and start all over again… Remember to backup first.
EDIT:
OK, just downloaded today's update from https://sortitoutsi.net/football-manager-data-update , and started a new game with ONLY the 43 editor data files. I played English Premier League starting 3 July 2023, and no warning message or anything when picking players in Tactics… assume that it means they're all available for the next game. Right?

I don't have them active, it was to give an example that if I use those it works for me, anyway thanks for the link to the new data update.
