Now that I've done what you asked me to do, I cut it first, then I put it in remove.bg, I cut it properly, 250x250, the clarity was really good, I can't do more than that.

I don't particularly agree that the clarity was really good tbh, particularly for cuts like this or like this or like this. Please don't upload any more cuts like these, I've spent more than time than is worthwhile trying to either explain how to improve your technique or to fix your work.

Yeah, I think I sharpened some of the images too much or too little. I'm trying to fix them.

Have I ever told you to sharpen images? Don't, just don't.

Crop to an area around the face, put through remove.bg, crop to 250x250 (or 180x180, depending on the size) and upload. That's all you need to do.

Is it ok to use Photopea to crop or do I crop in Paint?

The initial crop of the source can be done with Paint, but the second crop should be done in Photopea to retain transparency.

Well, that's what I did with each image. I took the source image, cut it in Paint, put it in remove.bg and then in Photopea where I made it 250x250.

I would say that I have improved somewhat with cropping images, even if not 100% but better than at the beginning.

It's an elementary process; I don't think you should be applauded for sometimes getting it partly right after dozens of attempts 😕

Well, no, but I'm glad I managed to do some of them. I think it will be even better in the future.
