Unfortunately every time I try to download something it doesn't download automatically, and I don't know what this is and why this is, can someone help? What should I do? Is this the the website's error?

Can you be more specific about what it is you're trying to download, where it is you're clicking etc.
Maybe screenshots would help?

Mostly face packs, logos, trophies etc.. I dont know how screenshots will help thoo. .. sry

So, doesn't that mean… you need to click to download? Or, you can't even download the file at all?
Try another browser?
Same case for all storage services, or only happens for a specific service, e.g. Get Files, DepositFiles?
Or, do you actually mean this message “Please click here if your download does not start automatically.”… after selecting a file hosting service?
e.g. https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/download/change/1096
Same in my case, I always need to click and enter the service page, like Get File, and then download… Well, not a big deal for me, I actually prefer this way.

Yeah I have the same problem as you do. I don't mind no, but I mind due to the face packs, because I have to download like 20 databases and that really irritates me

No, I don't see it as a problem at all. I prefer clicking on the file to start downloading than having it run automatically… just feel more in control and a bit safer.
Clicking a link in this web site here, and some file hosting services automatically send you the file to your computer…?
Well, I doubt that any file hosting services, like Get Files or DepositFiles, would allow that to happen. They want you to enter the page, so they can show you ads, invite you to register, and beg you to pay and become an VIP…
The file hosting services ask you to spare a minute, so they can (try to) give you a little impression, while you're waiting for the download to start. On the other hand, if you download the file straight from here, I guess you'd forget the name of the file hosting service… before the download finishes.
It's just business and marketing.

Uhm, Unfortunately I can't install any of the face packs.. It either takes too long for to download, or it can't extract. So I need a problem-solver… Sorry 😬

We need more info than just “it can't extract”. What's the error message? What file are you talking about?

I'm talking about the files in https://sortitoutsi.net/graphics/style/1/cut-out-player-faces. Also the error message is the one locates in the screenshot below I am very sorry if I don't briefly explain any stuff.

Use Winrar to extract the download, instead of the extracting tool that comes with Windows.
