Whatever you're doing is often clearly not achieving the desired effect. All you need to do is compare the quality and sharpness of your cuts with that of the original source, and it's clear your cuts repeatedly deliver an inferior quality. That's down exclusively to your cutting technique.

Frankly, you don't seem like you know what you're doing. You shouldn't need to use any Photoshop effects to make your image clearer. And if that's what you're attempting to achieve, then not only is it clearly not working, but it's achieving the completely opposite effect.
I'd like you to focus more on quality rather than quantity. You're struggling with individual cuts, and yet you are uploading entire packs, which end up having to be fixed by someone else, or recut outright.
And forgive me for not being entirely convinced that things will work out, given how often you have ignored us in the past, having had to repeat the same things to you time and again.

Start again from scratch - upload both the source and your cut in the tutorial thread, and wait for feedback before doing to again. You clearly have difficulties reading and/or understanding English, so suggesting you watch the video tutorials on how to cut serves no purpose in your case. Read the text in the fifth spoiler of this page, and change it to whatever language you understand, maybe that helps you improve your cutting.
