New 24.3 Database Not Populating Teams To Leagues

I've downloaded the files and uploaded the FMF files to the usual location. When I start game (Career mode and Original Game Mode) and go to add leagues, I'm met with the below issue. 

 

When I hover over the error triangle is says not enough teams in the leagues to start a game.

 

Any ideas on what could be causing this?

One of the editor data files you have, can you send a screenshot of your editor data folder please
