I'm using Cut Out Player faces, but it seems they are not included there. Is there another pack to download or is there simply not one made for the new additions?

There is not one made for the new additions…yet.
It is definitely on the to-do list - but the priority recently has been taking care of 2025/26 league updates. In the background, the Data Update files have been set up in such a way that will make it possible to create a reliably-working facepack. Because newly-created players can be added and deleted (for example, ones added by mistake) and because their UIDs could therefore become re-ordered, plenty of thought had to be given to implement things in a way that the UIDs would stay the same. All of that thought was put in with a facepack in mind - so the intention is there.
The facepack will definitely materialise in the future. Whether that facepack will come together through website-driven contributions by the community or a more localised/offline set of effort, I am not sure yet.

its been 5 days since last asked, and is not being focused on at the moment. It will take a while to introduce as the players have custom IDs which make the whole process alot harder. Please bear with the team

I think, realistically, the primary focus remains ensuring the representation of 2025/26 is completed for all/as many nations as possible. Many have been done (and, arguably, all of the ‘big nations’ to some degree), but not all.
Just to show that this is something we are committed to - I have actually started to manually, one-at-a-time, prepare the cutouts for the wonderkids. Bearing in mind there are around ~17,000, it's a huge job. I really think the intention is to develop a way for the community to contribute, much like with the cut-out megapack. But there's a meaningful level of website development needed (if that is even possible) to make that a reality.
I have considered starting a post to try and drum up some community contribution to creating cut-outs, but the problem is that if it does scale and people start contributing, the process of informally/offline moderating them, collating them, releasing them is really quite involved.
For what it's worth - I'm with you conceptually that it would be great to have cohesive, cut-out faces for the new players. But the size of the operation needed to make it happen is significant - and right now is a busy time with other fundamental Data Update activities (not only 2025/26 nation updates, but also with transfer windows opening there is a heightened level of transfer submissions to moderate, etc).
