I have the latest updates with the Facepack but for some reason when I click on the French national team there's no profile pics. If I click on any club team with French players those faces don't appear but everyone else does. Never come across this before, every other national team is fine.

Download the real name fix, which fixes this licensing issue.

The German and Japanese national teams are fine, and all the Portuguese teams have their full names as opposed to abbreviations
I'll download the real name fix again and will probably be asked to overwrite some files, so I'll go ahead with that

Make sure to delete the dbc, edt and lnc folders. Just overwriting them isn't enough, which is what I suspect you've done.

Still not working, I deleted those folders first then copied the 3 from the download and pasted them in the correct path. Just seems odd it's only the French national team who pics do not appear.

Got it eventually, the Dutch were missing pics as well. Only downside is as I am through my first season the German and Japanese players are missing but I think after the next internationals they will reappear

Ahhh please help me! exactly the same here??? All files are correct- nothing wrong and all of a sudden, the French and Dutch pics have gone but there if you go on their club team. Please help and tell me how you fixed it?! Just the same national teams as well!!

Just install the real name fix. There are written installation instructions and a video installation tutorial.

Everytime there's an update it messes it up and you have to download real name fix again im sure you can do it mid save aswell

Hi - thanks for the reply. I have the real real name fix and edited the usual 2430,2400 files that usually get messed with?? USUALLY when i re gig these, it fixes it?? Any other ideas anyone?? Followed all the usual steps as well?

Check the folders, and make sure they're exactly like the ones in the screenshots in the installation instructions of that file's page.

Unless I am missing something here…NORMALLY i go through these steps: C:\Program Files\Epic Games\FootballManager24\data\database\db\2430\lnc\all and rhen follow/delete the usual steps. This normally fixes it and on this occasion, nothing has gone wrong other than Holland/ France NATIONAL pictures going. If I go through say Madrid's team, all the French/ dutch players are visible?? All very peculiar

SORTED!!! THANK YOU! I just deleted all the folders and started again. What happened on this occasion, why was it different to normal?

It'll be because an official update will have been released at some point after you downloaded the fix, replacing the files deleted when installing.
