@Lebohang Mokoena I understand that they have to be facing the camera, there are a lot of players who are not facing the camera and yet they were completed (I'm not looking for an example right now). I put them like this because I think they are an improvement, that is, compared to the year in which the last cuts were updated (for example, Jaime Penedo's image was not improved in 2018 and I thought I would put this image so it looks good on the site)

Totally agree with you, except that this was the only picture of him I found and I risked posting it there.
@mons My goal on this site is to look for and add new improvements to the images of players (even those who haven't been in the game for many years), because I want them to look good on the site and for each one to have an improvement. Even if some are not good (or to the staff's liking) I still try to put them there and then you see which ones are good and which ones are not

I have hundreds if not thousands an images a week to sift through, and I have a job, a family and various other commitments alongside here. I expect regular users and cutters like you to make it easier for me and not to post images they don't think are worthwhile.

If you don't find a good pic, then don't cut it as you been told many times.

That's why I want to be part of the staff (this goal is a bit difficult to achieve), to help you with what I can, to check the images of others if they are good or not, and to make your work easier, although some cuts (not all) are not worthy of being on the staff, but once I get there I will only show you good images, without sunglasses or images that are not facing the camera (and now I'm trying to be super careful, compared to the first time I say I'm doing better, but there are some things that need to be fixed)

The best way to try and show that you deserve to be considered as staff is to not make us have to check after you in every image of every pack. And the best way to do so is by simply following the guidelines, and not interpreting them as you see fit.
