Not bad @Drajen, but we want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:

 

At the same time, we want all cuts to include a little bit of collar. Since in some sources like this one, the person in the image may have a longer neck than usual, this would be quite difficult to achieve naturally.

 

Here's a video of the process on how to nudge the collar upwards:

Thanks, but what the exact issue with this image? It is 250*250, and the image has a little bit of collar. i would like learn more from your comment, thanks in advance, because my club has very old photos, so I would like to submit many of them and to know what exactly was wrong with this one

As explained, we want the player's face to fill the canvas for the 250px cutout, which would mean cropping the image along these red lines:

 

Your cuts clearly don't follow this guideline.

 

In addition, we also want them to have collars, so it's not always just a case of cropping them like the above.
